Call data or lead sources
NBM will be providing a listing of millions of businesses in the United
States to call centers with complete contact information from name of business,
address, city, state, zip, phone number, fax number, type of business or SIC, e
mail addresses and name of owner or contact. This information will be provided
in the Excel spread sheet format.

Call center agents will be
training in person to interest business owners throughout the country into
getting a business valuation and to sign up for listing their business for sale
for $14.95 a month. They will get calls directly from people interested in
buying their businesses. The call center will make $4.95 for each deal or
listing they close in the close month only. Minimal paperwork includes a one
page listing agreement and a debit/credit card authorization form faxed daily
to NBM.
Advertising
Call center agents will be training in person to interest business
owners, attorneys and franchises throughout the country into advertising on
this cutting edge interactive website that has 10’s of thousands of hits
monthly. The advertising band is $19.95 a month. The call center will make
$6.95 for each deal or advertising listing they close in the close month only.
Minimal paperwork includes a one page advertising listing agreement and a
debit/credit card authorization form faxed daily to NBM.
Brokers
India call centers will be given the list of all of our industry websites
and other sites like Craig’s list and they will access the industry sites and
gather all of the broker information listed. Once they load the broker
information into our database and call and sign up a broker they get $9.95 in
the closing monthly only out of the $39.95 we are charging. Minimal paperwork
includes a one page broker listing agreement and a debit/credit card
authorization form faxed daily to NBM.
When will our center get paid?
NBM will issue commissions to the India call centers twice a month, on
the 15th and 30th. This will enable the centers to have
cash flow twice a month instead of the usual once a month payment from clients.
How will our call center get paid?
The call center will get a bank wire transfer from NBM.com bank account
twice a month on the 15th and the 30th.
